This might be funny to some people
but for women and men In kwara State, Illorin who had put all their life
savings in this bank do not find it funny and are currently biting their fingers
for their loss. According to customers who stormed the bank premises yesterday,
7^th of April, 2015, at Oniyangi, Ilorin, Kwara State, yelled and
wailed crying they have been defrauded and all their life savings have been
deposited in the said cooperative bank.

One of the customers, a married
woman said she had deposited over a million naira without the knowledge of her
husband, and this is what she gets in return. Other customers also said they
have as much as N100,000 in there, while some said theirs was around N450,000.
They however all said, the bank had promised them that they will provide loans
for them within a said period of time, as long as they bank with them. Continue…

One of them said they believed the
bank management because they said they are indigenes of the State and they have
nowhere to run too. Long story short, customers got wind that the bank
operators have absconded and after storming the bank premises, they found out
it was true.

Some of them however went with the
banks electronics they could lay their hands on, while some went with their furniture,
as they cried and wailed. The bank name is Ayonitemi Cooperative Business
Finance. So unfortunate.
