Here’s the first ever female Deputy Governor, in the history of Kaduna. The All Progressive Congress Party (APC) took to their official Twitter page while celebrating the re-election of the Governor, but focused more on celebrating the amiable woman — Dr Hadiza Balarabe. Here’s what they wrote;
