Motor Spirit (PMS) otherwise known as Petrol. The team who went to arrest him acted on a tip off that a tenant in a shop opposite Sunday Retail Market,

When the team got to his shop they discovered several kegs
of petrol, carefully concealed behind foodstuffs and other commodities in the
shop. He was later arrested and was this afternoon paraded in the presence of journalists.
