A two-week old baby girl born covered in wrinkles is
struggling to survive after her parents rejected her because of her rare skin
condition.
The tiny tot, who hasn’t even been named yet, is being
looked after by her granddad after she was abandoned by her parents who are
both 25. The confused man has been feeding her with goats milk from a spoon for
two weeks before finally getting her to a hospital in Maharashtra, western
India for treatments where doctors have described her condition as a rare one. Villagers
have also refused to touch her from fear of contacting the illness. Doctors
have however said though her symptoms are strange they are willing to take care
of the tiny tot.
