Beautiful Baby Dumped With A Note By Her Side In Lagos
A woman has dumped a baby on the streets of Lagos state with a note.
The spokesperson of the state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin disclosed this on social media.
He said a note was dropped by the baby stating her name, date of birth, and her mother’s first name.
