The Crazy In Love hitmaker, 36, took to the stage clad in a shimmering sequinned mini dress which featured a striking sunset design across the bust.
The songstress appeared to cradle her stomach during her passionate performance.
The Formation hitmaker took to the edge of the stage for a stunning solo, but seemed to stroke her stomach in full view of the crowds before strutting off.
