A former Deputy Senate President, Ibrahim Mantu, has been laid to rest.
Mantu was buried yesterday, August 17, after dying early hours of that morning.
Prayers were held for him at the Sheikh Khalid mosque in Abuja with his family members and associates all present.
Dimeji Bankole , a former Speaker of the House of Representatives, and former governor of Kano State, Rabiu Kwankwaso, were among the dignitaries that attended the funeral service.
His body was interred at the Gudu Cemetery, Abuja.
