Kenneth Nwosu has said is anything to go by, then the ‘baale’ of Ikola Ilumo Community,
Chief Abeeb Lawal who assaulted his wife, Bose Lawal, is about to be charged to
court.

got was that, Bose was the one speaking on the phone when the ‘baale’ asked her
to lower her voice and she refused because she didn’t hear him? Well Punch now
reports that it was actually the ‘baale’ himself that was speaking on the
phone, when Bose his wife came to greet his mom who was standing beside the ‘baale’
while he was receiving an important call, he asked her to lower her voice but
she ‘refused’ and that was how the whole trouble started. The ‘baale’ also
denied to Punch ever touching Bose, but said he only threw a chair at her and
the stab wound she said she has on her back was due to an injury she got from a
door when people were trying to calm her.
