Fresh official photos from the traditional wedding of Nigerian music legend 2Baba and Edo lawmaker Hon. Natasha Osawaru have emerge online, offering a rich glimpse into the couple’s cultural union

The ceremony, which took place in July 2025,, reflecting 2Baba’s heritage while also embracing Natasha’s Edo roots.
In one image, the groom—dressed in a crisp white traditional outfit with coral beads and dark sunglasses—is seen adjusting the bride’s ornate headgear. Natasha beams with joy in a bright red beaded gown, adorned with heavy coral jewelry, a matching wrapper, and the symbolic beaded crown known as okuku, typically worn by brides of Edo origin.

Another photo shows the couple seated regally on gold-accented royal chairs. 2Baba holds a red beaded staff, a symbol of cultural authority, while Natasha, still in her detailed red attire, holds a white item in her hand—possibly a handkerchief or personal note. The setting is surrounded by traditional décor and onlookers in ceremonial attire.
A third image captures an emotional moment as an elder, believed to be the bride’s father or a respected family figure, prays for Natasha while she kneels before him. 2Baba sits nearby, witnessing the blessing. The bride’s look is complete with layers of coral beads and a gracefully styled headpiece.
