Reality TV star Phyna has taken legal steps against content creator Carter Efe over a statement she says damaged her reputation.
According to a legal notice issued on her behalf, Phyna has given Carter Efe seven days to publicly withdraw his alleged claim that he had slept with her. If he fails to do so within that time, she is demanding ₦500 million in damages.
The legal notice also names Davrel over another alleged statement. Phyna is asking him to retract his alleged claim that she was trying to sleep with him within seven days or pay ₦100 million in damages.
The notice makes it clear that both men are expected to withdraw the statements within the deadline or face legal action over the alleged defamatory remarks.
