Cubana Chief Priest has spoken out following the recent k!llings in Jos, Plateau State, raising concerns about the country’s worsening security situation and suggesting the incident may have been politically motivated
In a post shared on his Instagram story on Tuesday, he expressed deep distress over the violence, particularly referencing disturbing footage circulating online.

“I have been cold. In the past few days the video of that woman and her child can’t get out of my head. When will these killings stop? How do people desire happiness in killing one another. When will this ever stop?” he wrote.
He also questioned the response of authorities, taking aim at the level of security surrounding the state leadership.
“The governor in Jos pulled up in a Bunker. Does it mean everyone should now pull up in bunkers because he is scared more than the people? To lead a state you have to be fearless you have to have the ability to lay your life for the people. I feel for everyone in Jos,” he added.
Cubana Chief Priest further alleged that the timing of the attack was not coincidental. “This was clearly done to embarrass our president on his birthday,” he claimed.
He went on to urge security agencies to step up their efforts in tackling insecurity, warning that such incidents cast a negative light on leadership. “Security agencies should brace up to their task allowing this kind of embarrassment on your principal is embarrassing. I pray God gives President Tinubu the energy to select people capable to lead with him,” he said.
