The Nigeria Police Force has announced the arrest of Ahmed Tailor, who is accused of sponsoring and distributing Russian flags to protesters in Kano State

According to Force Public Relations Officer Olumuyiwa Adejobi, Tailor was found with seven Russian flags in his possession at the time of his arrest.

According to SaharaReporters, Adejobi stated that Tailor is a key suspect in the promotion of activities deemed treasonous, including the display of Russian flags and calls for anarchy in Kano and across Nigeria.

The arrest comes amidst the #EndBadGovernance protests in northern Nigeria, where some protesters have been seen waving Russian flags.

These individuals have expressed dissatisfaction with the Nigerian government’s policies and are seeking alternative systems of governance.

It is important to note that the arrest and allegations against Ahmed Tailor have not been tried or proven in a court of law.
