Police have ordered a cafe boss to take down his gory

Ian Payne, 48, decorated his eatery using mannequins of a
masked murderer killing a woman with duct tape on her mouth with fake blood
spattered everywhere.

The murdered woman was holding a mutilated baby, while a

Three officers visited the cafe after a member of the public
complained about the violent window display.

Ian was asked to remove the baby under anti-social behaviour
