Police have appeared outside Drake’s Bridle Path mansion in Toronto Tuesday morning trailing reports of a shooting near the singer’s home
The police said that emergency crews were notified in the area of Bayview Avenue and Lawrence Avenue East just after 2 a.m.
In the morning of Tuesday, a man was rushed to hospital with “serious injuries.”, amidst reports of a gunshot.
The suspect left in a vehicle, police announced over social media.
Officers are at the scene and police tape appears to stretch across the area in front of his home.
Police did not provide a description of the suspect or their vehicle.
It’s not also disclosed if Drake was at home at the time. The street has since been cordoned off.
Drake and his feud with rapper Kendrick Lamar have dominated global headlines over the weekend, with both parties throwing out serious accusations against the other.
