Popular social media influencer Caramel Plugg has sparked a conversation about safety and responsible behavior in nightlife settings.
She took to her Snapchat story to express concern over women who leave clubs with men they’ve just met.
Caramel Plugg emphasized the importance of getting to know someone’s background and character before going home with them. She urged her followers to prioritize their safety, pointing out that a person’s behavior in a club might not accurately reflect their true status or intentions.
The influencer warned about potential dangers, saying, “I don’t think some of you understand the kind of world we live in to be able to follow a man you don’t know home from the club just because he’s popping bottles or spraying cash.”
She suggested that appearances can be deceiving, noting that someone showing off in a club might be “balling on his friends facility” or spending their last bit of money.
Caramel Plugg also raised a serious concern about personal safety, stating, “There’s actually a lot of factors that makes that ‘gutter behaviour’ but top one is the fact that they can actually kidnap you.”
