Popular Nollywood director and screenwriter, Reginald Ebere, has sadly passed away
The news was announced by veteran actor Segun Arinze on the Nollywood Giants WhatsApp platform, and confirmed by the National Secretary of the Directors Guild of Nigeria (DGN), Perekeme Odon.
The industry is deeply mourning the loss of Ebere, who was a talented and influential figure in Nigerian entertainment. “We are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of our dear brother and colleague, Mr. Reginald Ebere,” said Perekeme Odon.
Details of Ebere’s burial arrangements have not been made public at this time.
Meanwhile, his colleagues and peers in the entertainment industry are paying tribute to his memory and celebrating his contributions to Nollywood.
