A popular Port Harcourt based blogger and digital marketer, Promise Excel is dead.
According to his friends, he died in the early hours of Saturday from a persistent heart disease. The disease is believed to always resurface every two years.
He had been battling the health challenge for close to a month now, before it took his life.
Promise was 25. So sad!
