Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia’s divorce has reached a conclusion after a lengthy court hearing
According to the judge’s ruling, Simon will pay Porsha $40,000 monthly in alimony for up to 15 months.
Porsha will also retain ownership of the Rolls-Royce gifted by Simon.
Regarding their $7 million home, Porsha has until 2027 to decide whether to keep the property. If she chooses to stay, she’ll need to refinance the house and buy out Simon’s 50% stake, while he’ll continue covering mortgage payments.
This development comes after Porsha initiated divorce proceedings in 2023, citing irreconcilable differences.
