Controversial singer, Portable has distributed food items in his community
A video shows some women packing the items into bags and handing them out to people. When the crowd became unruly, one woman stepped in to ask for calm.
Portable was present, also recording the event.
This charitable act comes just days after he was filmed hitting his former show promoter, Alhaji Don Shi, also known as Ika Promoter.
Some social media users however suggested he should apologize instead of using charity to divert attention.
