Content creator, Tunde Perry has criticised Portable, accusing him of blocking opportunities for upcoming artistes after his recent insult of veteran rapper Olamide
In a video shared online, Perry claimed that Portable’s actions have negatively affected many emerging talents, revealing that the matter has been discussed by top industry figures behind closed doors.

“Portable has affected a lot of upcoming artistes,” Perry said. “I was in the midst of a tight circle recently that involved industry moguls, and Portable’s situation was what they discussed. Olamide is generous and always ready to help, but Portable has blocked access to that support.”
Olamide is well known for mentoring and creating platforms for young artists, helping them gain exposure and grow their careers. Perry’s remarks highlight concerns that Portable’s behaviour may be hindering the growth of aspiring musicians in the Nigerian music scene.
