Police have re-arrested controversial singer, Portable, after he allegedly assaulted an officer
This comes days after his release from custody, where he was being detained over a debt related to a G-Wagon he bought.
Portable was arrested again, this time for allegedly assaulting a police officer.
A clip shared online captured him in handcuffs, guided by policemen at the station.
Although the details of his arrest have not been made public by the Nigerian police, it is clear that Portable is facing serious charges. Some of the charges against him include:
– Willfully causing physical injury to a police officer
– Resisting arrest by police officers
– Assault and stealing
