Harry Kane grabbed a late stoppage-time equalizer for Bayern Munich, but the German side could not find another goal to keep their hopes alive.
The result handed PSG a 6-5 aggregate victory after their narrow 5-4 first-leg win in Paris last week, sending the reigning champions into the final once again.
The French giants will now face Arsenal in the final scheduled for May 30 in Budapest after the Premier League side defeated Atletico Madrid 1-0 on Tuesday to seal a 2-1 aggregate triumph.
