Bobrisky has urged Nigerian ladies to release their men for war amid growing tensions over the possibility of U.S. military action against Nigerian terrorists
In a post that combined humor and pointed commentary, Bobrisky wrote:
“By now I expected so many men in Nigeria to be training for war. Abi na me wey be girl you want make I come join una? I no fit o! War is not meant for ladies. Ladies, release your husbands so they can prepare. Before I open my eyes, I want to see you all outside. Or is it only when they throw an airstrike in your bathroom?”
Through his post, Bobrisky appeared to challenge Nigerian men on their readiness for potential conflict, suggesting that many were not taking the threat seriously.
At the same time, he used humor to make the point, addressing women directly and encouraging them to let their husbands step up and take responsibility for national defense.
