Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky put on a disarmingly cute united front when they hit the red carpet of the 2025 Counsel of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Fashion Awards on Monday evening
The 37-year-old pop superstar looked effortlessly chic in a midnight blue trench coat as she and the rapper, also 37, posed together.
Rocky took the opportunity to give his love — with whom he shares three young children — a sweet kiss on the cheek.
The CFDA Fashion Awards honor the year’s top designers. The ceremony features four main competitive awards for men and women’s clothing designers, as well as for top accessory designer and emerging designer.
Honorary awards will also be presented to Donatella Versace, Jerry Lorenzo, Cynthia Rowley, Andre Walker, Pieter Mulier, Sara Moonves and Ralph Rucci.
Rihanna wore her voluminous coat belted, but her skirt had a rounded-off cutout to reveal her ruffled white pants, which tucked into her black pumps.
The Work singer had on a dark blue top that matched her coat, and she wore her pin-straight hair styled with edgy long bangs that were draped over half her face.
Her partner A$AP Rocky (real name: Rakim Mayers) rocked a similar casual-cool ensemble built around a black suit with notched lapels.
The jacket featured an unusual frayed hem on the bottom, and he wore his sleeves rolled up 1980s-style to reveal the white striped satin interlining.
The rapper dressed down his look some more with a striking yellow V-neck sweater vest with a breathable mesh design, as well as a pair of cream-colored leather derby shoes with contrasting black cap toes.
Rocky accessorized with a broach featuring two leaves — one made of gold and another of opal — along with a gold luxury wristwatch on a black leather band.
