Rita Edochie, a veteran Nollywood actress has stirred online debate after sharing a strong statement about women who become second wives
In an Instagram post cooperating with a cleric’s message, Rita criticized the practice.
Rita defined those type of women as “greedy” and “inconsiderate”, saying their actions are built on others’ tears and pain. She stressed that the role brings “shame and misfortune” rather than respect.
Rita warned that those building happiness on another woman’s suffering will face consequences.
