Roma have re-appointed Claudio Ranieri as their head coach for a third time
The veteran tactician has returned to his boyhood club to once again sit on the touchline at the Stadio Olimpico.
The Giallorossi confirmed the news on Thursday via an official statement on their website.
The statement read: “AS Roma is pleased to announce that Claudio Ranieri is the new head coach of the first team.
“At the conclusion of the season, Claudio will transition into a senior executive role, where he will be an adviser to the ownership on all sporting matters at the club.
