Tate, who is currently awaiting trial on charges of human trafficking, ra.pe, and forming a criminal gang, had his home searched along with three other properties in Bucharest and Ilfov county.

The Romanian anti-organized crime agency, DIICOT, announced that the raids were connected to allegations of human trafficking, trafficking of minors, se.xual relations with a minor, influencing statements, and money laundering.

Hearings are scheduled to take place at the agency’s headquarters later.

Tate’s spokesperson, Mateea Petrescu, confirmed the raids but did not address the specific allegations involving minors.

Andrew Tate, 37, and his brother Tristan, 36, were arrested in 2022 and formally indicted by Romanian prosecutors last year. They have denied all allegations.
