A former vice-president of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has mourned the death of COAS, Major General Ibrahim Attahiru and others who died in a plane crash yesterday.
Atiku says it’s a dark day for the nation and a rude shock across the country and even friends of the Nation.
Mourning them on twitter, he wrote;
”It is a dark day for the nation. The loss of COAS Major Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru and others today sends a rude shock across Nigeria and our friends worldwide.
”I sympathise with the Commander-in-Chief and our armed forces on this sad development. May the Attahiru family and other affected families be comforted, and their memories be a blessing.”
