Popular Juju singer, Lady Iyun Ajilore, widely known as Saint Janet has d!ed
The entertainer, who was fondly called the “General Overseer of Sinners Chapel” or the “G.O of Saint Bottles Cathedral,” passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026, after a brief illness.
News of her de.ath was announced by publisher and socialite Femi Davies, on Facebook.
Saint Janet built a unique reputation in the music scene by combining gospel-inspired introductions wit Juju and highlife songs that featured adult-themed lyrics, earning her a loyal underground fan base.
She was also known for albums such as Faaji Plus and 5G Plus, projects that stirred conversations for their unconventional style while cementing her place in Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
