Actress Sarah Martins was left frustrated after finding herself on an uncomfortable aircraft despite paying for a business class ticket for a long trip to Canada.
She said the decision to fly business or first class is largely about comfort, particularly because of her knee pain. She said the experience was disappointing and not what she expected for the amount she paid.
Taking to her Instagram page, she wrote:
“I’ve never been so pissed in my entire life
How can I spend so much money on business class only to be in an aircraft that is unbearable, discomforting and useless for a very long trip?
Reason I always pay for business class/first class is mainly for my comfort, for the sake of my knee pain, not just for aesthetics.
Omo, this is so disappointing.
If you’ve been to Canada, you will know it’s a very long trip, and a knee like mine doesn’t deserve any form of discomfort.
Omo, this summer is not summering from my end”.
