The National Security Adviser, Maj Gen Babagana Moguno (retd.), has said those planning to destabilise the Anambra State Governorship election scheduled to hold on November 6, must have a rethink.
He assured that the security agencies would ensure that the people of Anambra State elect their next governor without any incident.
Monguno said this during a meeting of the Special Inter-Agency Consultative Committee on Election Security, held at the National Headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Abuja.
