Seun Kuti has expressed his disappointment at not being invited to Davido’s wedding on June 25, 2024
In an episode of “Curiosity Made Me Ask” with Bae U Barbie, Seun Kuti revealed that he struggled to sleep for a week after being snubbed.
He attributed his hurt to the close history between himself and Davido, who would frequently visit the African Shrine, his family’s bar, with his entourage and enjoy complimentary drinks.
Kuti stated, “Davido would come to the African Shrine with 100 guys and drink without paying, but when it was time for his wedding, I didn’t get an invite.”
“Davido will come to shrine with 100s of people and drink for free but when it was time for the wedding, I wasn’t invited. E pain me d!e , I didnt sleep for one week”
