convicted of the manslaughter of Chowdhury’s daughter, Ayesha Ali, who was
found dead in her bedroom with more than 50 injuries including bite-marks, in
August 2013.

The girl’s mother was
sentenced to 13 years in prison while her lover and co-defendant, Kiki Muddar, was
given an 18-year sentence for the same crime and for masterminding it.
