Simon Guobadia, the ex-husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams, has filed a federal defamation lawsuit against her, accusing the reality star of making humiliating claims about his private parts on social media
In court documents, the Nigerian businessman is seeking $500,000 in damages for lost business deals and sponsorships, along with additional compensation for emotional distress, reputational harm, and public embarrassment.
Guobadia, who divorced Porsha in 2024, initially filed the lawsuit in November of that year. He alleges that things turned bitter after their split, prompting Williams to post what he calls “negative, false, and misleading statements” about him online.
“These posts were intentionally crafted to imply that [Guobadia] suffers from this condition, casting him in a negative and humiliating light,” his attorney stated, according to US Weekly.
The lawsuit argues that the posts—shared during their very public breakup—were “presented in a factual manner” and deliberately made to portray Guobadia as sexually inadequate. His lawyer added, “[Williams’] statements were false; [Guobadia] does not have ED and has never suffered from or been diagnosed with this condition.”
