Italian coach Simone Inzaghi is set to officially sign as the new head coach of Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal this week

The appointment comes shortly after Inzaghi’s departure from Inter Milan, where he spent four successful years, winning the Serie A title, two Coppa Italia trophies, and three Supercoppa Italiana titles.
Despite reaching two UEFA Champions League finals with Inter, his tenure ended following a heavy 5-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the recent final.
At Al Hilal, Inzaghi will take charge of a star-studded squad that includes players like Rúben Neves, João Cancelo, Kalidou Koulibaly, and Aleksandar Mitrović.
His first major assignment will be leading the team at the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup, where Al Hilal will face European giants Real Madrid in their opening match on June 18.
This high-profile signing signals Al Hilal’s ambitions to strengthen their dominance in both the Saudi Pro League and Asian football, aiming for greater success on the international stage.
