Singer, Skales has strongly denied a viral tweet falsely claiming the real reason he ”divorced his wife”
An X user had posted a quote, alleging it was made by Skales.
The tweet read;
“I divorced my wife because of a comment she made on my post and I don’t regret it. When my wife made the comment on my post, I got angry. People cannot be mocking your husband’s music career — the music that is paying your bills — and you join them.”
Reacting to the post, Skales denied writing:
“This is really evil of you that you would cook up such story and this is not fair. I have never made such statement and this is false… please stop spreading lies.”
The artist’s response comes amid past public scrutiny over his relationship. In 2022, he openly criticized his wife in a diss track following his mother’s de.ath but later issued a public apology.
The couple eventually reconciled and welcomed their first child in March 2023.
