Skepta has responded to the ongoing controversy surrounding Portable, after the latter called out Olamide and Asake in a series of online rants
Portable, who gained widespread recognition with his hit single “Zazu,” had expressed disappointment and frustration towards Olamide, who he claimed should have signed him to his record label instead of Asake.
He also took a jab at Asake for not winning any Grammy Awards despite being nominated.
Many have accused Portable of being ungrateful and disloyal to those who have helped him achieve success.
The drama has now drawn in Skepta, who collaborated with Portable on the hit single “Tony Montana.”
A fan tweeted at Skepta, asking why he was trending, and Skepta responded with humor, saying “I’ve just seen Portable is dragging somebody again, apparently I’m next. We dey wait lol.”
Skepta’s lighthearted reaction suggests that he is not taking Portable’s antics seriously and is prepared for any potential drama that may come his way.
