Manchester United secured a crucial Premier League win at Southampton, thanks to goals from Matthijs de Ligt, Marcus Rashford, and Alejandro Garnacho

De Ligt scored his first goal for the club, heading in from a Bruno Fernandes cross.
Rashford doubled the lead with his first goal since March, before Garnacho sealed the win with a late strike.
The victory was a much-needed boost for Erik ten Hag’s side, who had suffered a heavy defeat to Liverpool before the international break.
A penalty save by Andre Onana proved a turning point, and Southampton’s hopes were further dented when Jack Stephens was sent off late on.
The win marked a comfortable second half for Manchester United, who moved up the table with the three points.
