“Squid Game” star Oh Young-soo was convicted Friday of sexual misconduct after hugging, kissing and holding an actor’s hand against her will in 2017
He was given an eight-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, according to multiple media outlets.
A district court judge in Seongnam, South Korea, also ordered the 79-year-old to complete 40 hours of sexual violence education during his probationary period.
Oh was reportedly first charged in late 2022, a little more than a year after “Squid Game” premiered.
