Media personality, Toke Makinwa has issued a stern warning to her fans and the public as a whole to stop referring to her as their role model because she’s not.
Taking to her Twitter page, Toke stated that she’s also figuring out whom she will call a role model so no one should look up to her as a role model. She stated that she doesn’t want to be pressured to live according to people’s status because they see her as a role model.
“Guys I gotta get this off my chest, pls stop calling me your role model, I am no ones role model, me sef I am looking for “role model”. The pressure of my kids love you and you are their role model has to stop. Raise your kids to see themselves as a work in progress” she tweeted.
