Omokri noted that many individuals mistakenly attribute their misfortunes to external factors, such as “village people” or bad luck.

However, he argued that the real culprit is often one’s own tendency to overshare personal details on social media.

He cautioned that sharing sensitive information, such as job interview invitations, can have unintended consequences, including sabotage by enemies.

Omokri concluded by stating that individuals who fail to keep their personal lives private are, in effect, their own worst enemies.

He said:

“You don’t have a snitch in your circle. The reason your enemies know your plans is because you constantly update them via your social media posts. You get an invite for a job interview and post it with all the details, and they send damaging emails about you to the company. Your so-called ‘bad luck’ is not the result of village people. It is the consequence of your village habit of not keeping details of your life away from the public. You are your own snitch!
