Sudan forward Abdel Raouf Yagoub has mocked the Super Eagles after trashing them 4-0 in their Group B clash at the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN)

They defeated Nigeria at the Amman Stadium in Zanzibar on Tuesday night, August 12 with their highly skilled performance.

Speaking after the match, Yagoub mocked the Nigerian team, calling them slow and saying their defence was weak.

He said; “They are very slow on the ball and their recovery rate is very poor — that’s what we capitalised on. Their defence made a lot of mistakes, their strikers are slow, and when our coach said all we needed was quick contact play and to get the ball into the 18, we executed it perfectly.”

Sudan currently tops Group D with four points from three matches.
