The Supreme Court today has affirmed Prof. Ben Ayade of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the governor of Cross River state.
A member of his party, Joe Agi had asked the court to sack the Governor over false declaration of age but the apex court justices held that Joe could not prove the allegation.
