A man suspected to be a cable vandal has been electrocuted while allegedly attempting to steal armored cable from a transformer along Old Itu Road at Uruk Uso in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom state.
Residents of the community woke up this morning to see his lifeless body hanging between wires with blood dripping from his nostrils.
The electrocution occurred last night while community members were fast asleep.
