Tems had gained attention for her unique outfit at the 2023 Oscar Awards.
While appearing on the Jennifer Hudson Show, Jennifer asked her about the bold look and if it blocked the view for people sitting behind her.
Tems explained, “The stage was high, so it didn’t interfere with anyone’s sight.”
Tems shared that she originally planned to change her outfit once she got inside the hall.
However, her stylist couldn’t join her because she was “kidnapped” outside the venue.
With her phone dead and left on the bus, Tems had no choice but to wear the outfit into the hall.
During the show, she also performed ‘Love Me Jeje’, a song that the audience enjoyed.
