A source just disclosed 63 out of Nigeria’s 91 registered political parties have notified the Independent National Electoral Commission of their plans to conduct primaries to elect candidates for the 2019 Presidential elections.
Towards this end, the parties have written the electoral body to send observers to witness the conduct of the primaries as required by the Electoral Act 2010 (As amended).
