A three storey building around Orile area of Coker Aguda, Lagos
State has collapsed. The building which has been serving as a warehouse for
building materials such as ceramics, tiles, plumbing materials, iron and others
collapsed last night. According to residents of the area, most people have
already retired into their homes when they heard a loud noise. Thankfully all
the workers working at the building had already closed for the day, so no life
was lost and no one was injured except for millions of naira worth of building
materials which are presently buried under the rubble of the collapsed
building.

Officials of the Lagos State Building Control Agency have
taken over the building with the aim of conducting a test to ascertain the
