non-compliance with electoral law.

The panel while delivering its judgement ordered the
Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to conduct a fresh election in
110 polling units in the Senatorial district within 90 days.

The petition challenging Kashamu’s victory in the March 28
National Assembly elections, was filed by the candidate of the All Progressives
Congress (APC), Prince Dapo Abiodun.
