Trump sues Truth Social co-founders over financial losses

President Donald Trump filed a lawsuit against two co-founders of Truth Social, alleging their errors cost him money and demanding they lose their shares in the company’s public offering.

The suit, filed in Florida, counters a complaint by Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss, who sought to protect their stake in Trump Media from dilution.

Litinsky and Moss, former contestants on “The Apprentice,” are accused of mishandling efforts to take Trump Media public years ago, delaying the process.

Litinsky claimed Trump threatened to “blow up the company” if demands weren’t met, according to whistleblower Will Wilkerson.

Trump’s company reported a $58 million loss last year, raising doubts about its future.

Trump, facing financial pressures and legal battles, retains a large stake in the company.
