Trump to sign executive orders aiming at gender identity policies

President Donald Trump is set to sign a series of executive orders on Monday aimed at curbing diversity programs and policies related to gender identity, marking a clear break from what he criticizes as “woke” culture in his inauguration speech

During his campaign, Trump strongly opposed diversity, equity, and inclusion policies within the federal government and corporate sectors, claiming they unfairly discriminated against white people, particularly men.

He also targeted the recognition of gender diversity, criticizing transgender individuals, especially transgender women in sports, and gender-affirming care for children.
